While significant strides have been made in supporting neurodivergent individuals, continuous efforts are needed to enhance awareness, implement inclusive practices, and provide tailored support to ensure these individuals can thrive personally and professionally.
And by improving existing policies and introducing new initiatives, we can create a more inclusive and equitable society for everyone.
