Refund Policy

All refunds are processed into the original payment method. Refund process might take 5-7 business days.

Kindly read the below guidelines for availing refund.

1. The following services are under NO refund policy
   • Occupational Therapy, Speech therapy, e-learning, Family Support Program, Parental guidance, Counselling
2. However you can adjust the amount towards other services/programs for child/parents run by Mom’s belief by undergoing a proper evaluation process, a request for the same needs to be made in writing.
3. The remaining amount can be adjusted towards resources/ materials that can benefit the child.
4. If a session is cancelled on the same day, it will be charged
5. Time change request can be made to the assigned therapist/psychologist once in a month in advance, depending on the availability of the slots
6. A refund can be initiated by proper approval, in case of
   • Non availability of therapists for longer duration more than a month
   • Any loss or severe illness to the child, with medical documents by competent authority
   • Discontinuation of any particular program by Mom’s belief
   • Not required to the child anymore, recommendations by Senior Mom’s belief clinical team.
