If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


You have 30  calendar days to ask for refund from the date of start of services or 45 days from payment, whichever is earlier.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and will be restricted .

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item or request for refund, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item or request for refund. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item and analyzing  service already taken.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

The refund will be restricted to only those services which were not availed and subject to refund request timelines discussed in Returns section


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Non- Refundable/ Non- returnable Products / Services:

Certain Products / Services are non- returnable and Non Refundable : such products and services cannot be claimed under this refund / return policy and will be mentioned during signing of documents.
