Dr. Deepak Gupta is the Mom’s Belief Head Child Psychiatrist (North) and the Founder of the Centre for Child and Adolescent Well Being (CCAW), New Delhi. He is also associated with Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi, and was the President of the Delhi Psychiatric Society (2014-16). Dr. Gupta received his MD in psychiatry from KMC Manipal and DCAP from the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, King’s College, London.
He has been a member of the Working Groups “Empowering the Disabled” and “Adolescent Development,” for the XIth Plan (2007-2012), Government of India. Dr. Veena Kalra serves as Senior Consultant, Pediatric Neurology, at Indraprastha Apollo Hospitals, Delhi. She brings over 40 years of experience and has been widely recognized for her contributions in the field. Dr. Kalra was formerly Professor and Head of the Pediatrics Department at the All India Institutes of Medical Sciences (AIIMS).
Dr. Kalra has won multiple awards for her work, including awards from three Presidents of India, the Sorell Katherine Research Award, Pfizer Gold Medal and Asian Research Award. She was also awarded the Swasth Bharat Samman by Zee TV and LIC for her contribution to pediatrics.
One of Dr. Kalra’s most important contributions is the role she played in introducing pediatric neurology as a sub-specialty in India. She has authored books, monographs and more than 35 chapters in national and international books and has guided nearly 50 theses. Dr. Manju Mehta is a professor and consultant to Holy Family Hospital; she was formerly head of the Child and Adolescent Clinic, Department of Psychiatry at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). She brings 40 years of experience in clinical work, teaching and research, as well as expertise in psychological assessment and the management of a variety of psychological disorders in children, adolescents and adults.

A clinical psychologist with nearly 30 years of experience, Dr. Kumar has been a senior consultant at Max Hospital, (Gurgaon) since April 2012 and at the Institute of Child Health, Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, (New Delhi) since 1991. In 1994, she established the Child Development Clinic and a High-Risk Newborn Clinic at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, where she has played an integral role in its teaching and research programs.

Kristine Dubey is a communications professional with experience in the healthcare sector. As the head of communications for Crafting Futures, Ms. Dubey handles external communications and ATL activities such as the development of marketing collateral, digital marketing and PR. Prior to joining Crafting Futures, Ms. Dubey served as head of marketing communications for the Delhi-based Clove Dental network.
Ms. Dubey also worked in marketing communications for Singapore’s Infocomm Development Authority, where she was primarily responsible for marketing Singapore’s IT and telecom sectors to attract talent and investment from Silicon Valley. She also gained several years of non-profit experience while managing loan programs for a Brooklyn-based non-profit and handling communications for a Chicago primary health care project.

Chief Child Psychologist
Dr. Mukta Vasal is the chief child and adolescent psychologist at Crafting Futures, parent company to the mom’s belief and OpteMom brands. Dr. Vasal has over 20 years of experience in the field of child and adolescent mental health and has been a visiting consultant at several hospitals in the Delhi NCR region. Before launching Crafting Futures, she served as the director of Parvarish, a resource center for developmentally disabled children that she launched in 2008. In 2011, Dr. Vasal went to the U.S. for further education in the field of child development, earning certification in several areas.
Dr. Vasal achieved honors in the field of child development at Delhi University, a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s degree in psychology from Annamalai University, and a doctorate degree in human development and family studies from MS University of Baroda.
While in the U.S., Dr. Vasal received specialist training and certification in gifted education from Purdue University, TEACCH Autism methodology from the University of North Carolina, and Sensory Integration and Praxis Test (SIPT) administration and measurement from the University of Southern California. CEO Nitin Bindlish brings 15 years of rich and varied experience from top-tier multinational companies such as KPMG, American Express and Aon Hewitt. Trained as a qualified chartered accountant, he served as the CEO of Delhi-based Corona Dental Labs before launching Crafting Futures’ two brands – mom’s belief and OpteMom.
Prior to his role as Corona CEO, Mr. Bindlish served as vice president, business expansion, for Clove Dental, now India’s largest network of dental clinics. He led Clove’s growth from a network of 18 clinics at mid-2014 to 60 clinics by February 2015, securing Clove’s position as the largest dental network in North India at that time. Mr. Bindlish’s portfolio later grew to include sales and marketing. During his tenure, revenues and footfalls grew exponentially. Mr. Bindlish joined Clove Dental as head of finance before being promoted to vice president.
Mr. Bindlish brings expertise in strategic planning and organizational leadership, conceptualizing and driving business strategies and operations. He is highly experienced in the design and application of business models for start-ups. Mr. Bindlish is also TEACCH Autism-certified.
